assets in excess of $1.4 billion, with access to substantial
financing capacity to support its investment and development
activities. In addition to a substantial level of equity capital,
debt funding is also utilized to supplement the capital requirements
of NorthWestern Growth and its partner entities. NGC's innovative
transaction structures may include common stock, preferred
stock, convertible debt, cash and other terms established
to meet the requirements of each transaction and the underlying
business. With this capital structure flexibility, companies
