We are happy to refund your goods on the criteria below; we unfortunately do not offer exchanges at this time. If you wish to receive a different size a new order will have to be placed online.
Return via your preferred method. We recommend that you choose a tracked service. Please keep the receipt as proof of postage. You will be responsible for the cost of postage for the return.
Once you have received your goods the returns request form must be filled out within 30 days of receipt of the goods.
Purchases made from the 22nd October have until 16th January to be returned.
The goods need to be complete and undamaged with the original packaging.
If your item is faulty, we will be able to facilitate a return for you if this is needed regardless of your location. So that we are able to assist you in the best way possible please contact us first regarding any damaged or faulty items.
