This service is Free for all orders over £150 and costs £4.99 for orders under £150.

 

U.S.A. Standard International Delivery:

Our U.S. standard delivery service aims to deliver your order within 7 to 10 Working Days.
This service costs $20 for all orders.

 

European Standard International Delivery:

Our European standard delivery service aims to deliver your order within 5 to 7 Working Days.
This service costs €25 for all orders.

 

Delivery Courier Service:

We use the DHL courier service for all our parcel shipments.

 

Cut Off Time:

To ensure prompt processing and dispatch of your order, please note that the cut-off time is 12 noon. Orders placed before this time will be processed on the same day, while orders placed after the cut-off time will be processed on the next working day.

UK Bank Holidays:

Please be aware that our delivery service will be temporarily suspended on UK Bank Holidays. Orders placed during these holidays will be processed and dispatched on the next working day after the holiday.

Remote Areas:

If you reside in remote areas such as the Scottish Highlands, please note that our delivery services may take slightly longer to reach you. While we strive to deliver to all areas, remote locations may experience extended delivery times due to geographical constraints.
